    Terms and Conditions of Entry – YLTM Event (2025)Definitions“Event” refers to the event for which you have purchased a ticket.
    “Promoter” refers to Ravemasters Ltd trading as YLTM.DE.
    “You” refers to the ticket holder.
    Acceptance of Terms
    By purchasing a ticket and entering the Event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.    Age RestrictionYou must be 18 years or older to attend the Event.Entry & Ticket ConditionsTickets are personal, revocable licenses and remain the property of the Promoter at all times.
    Tickets are non-transferable, and resale is only permitted through the official resale platform. Unauthorized resale may result in entry refusal.
    Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
    You must present your ticket in full at entry; tampered tickets will not be accepted.    RefundsNo refunds will be provided except in the case of a major cancellation (complete cancellation, not rescheduled).
    Claims for refunds must be made within the specified timeframe announced by the Promoter.    Security & SearchesYou consent to being searched by security personnel upon entry. This may include a pat-down and bag search to ensure no dangerous objects are brought into the venue.
    No illegal substances, dangerous items, or objects are allowed on site.
    You agree not to take photographs or videos during the Event. Any violation will result in eviction from the Event with no refund. If you are found filming, you and your accompanying guests will be asked to leave.    Behaviour & EvictionYou must comply with all instructions from Event staff and security.
    The Promoter reserves the right to evict anyone whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, illegal, or dangerous.    Promo CodesThe promo code provided is valid for exclusive YLTM parties in 2025, including the warehouse anniversary event. It can be used once per event to purchase a single ticket.Photography & FilmingBy entering the Event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. Your image or voice may be used in promotional materials by the Promoter.LiabilityThe Promoter is not liable for personal property damage, loss, or injury during the Event, except where required by law.
    These Terms are governed by New Zealand law, and any disputes shall be subject to New Zealand courts' exclusive jurisdiction.
